Each section is printed at different temperatures, this allows you to quickly identify the best temperature for the chosen filament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g53eb94\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g53eb94 gutentor-element gutentor-element-image text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/impresion3d.website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Que-es-una-Torre-de-Temperatura.jpg\" alt=\"What-is-a-Temperature-Tower\"\/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can search the temperature tower <strong>which section looks better<\/strong>; which section has better quality in its layers and walls, which has better bridges, cones, curves; and ignore the bad sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a temperature tower used for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A temperature tower is used to determine <strong>what is the best printing temperature<\/strong> for each filament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a generic way, we can know that the best printing temperature for a filament is the one recommended by its manufacturer, since they are the ones who test and test their product before putting it on sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem is that the manufacturer gives a recommended printing range, and not a specific temperature. For example, for a roll of PLA filament, the manufacturer&#039;s range can go from 190 \u00b0C to 230 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g7b4246\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g7b4246 gutentor-element gutentor-element-image text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/impresion3d.website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Torre-de-Temperatura-rango-del-fabricante.webp\"\/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking into account that a difference of 5 \u00b0C can make the difference between good quality and poor quality 3D prints, it would be advisable to know <strong>what is the best temperature for each specific filament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best way to find out what the right temperature is for a specific type of filament is to \u201c<strong>print a temperature tower<\/strong>\u00bb and take note of the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why print a temperature tower<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Because<\/strong> a temperature tower <strong>can help identify problems<\/strong> related to a bad temperature setting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the printing temperature is too high there will be <strong>excess melted filament<\/strong>, generating <strong>threads in print<\/strong> among other printing defects. Or in the event that you change an important component of your printer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have to understand that while a PLA filament from one manufacturer can print well at 200\u00b0C, another manufacturer&#039;s filament can print even better at 215\u00b0C, which means that not all filaments are going to be the same or that they will print well at the same temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Change any component related to: the Hotend, layer fans, heating cartridge; can affect the result of the extruded filament. Therefore, you must access the G-code file to modify it.
